1 or 2-day full menu experience includes a panorama of hand-made pasta (gnocchi, stuffed pasta, and lasagna), hand-made pizza, and a nice range of second courses which are a bit too time-consuming for a standard class: making marinades and sauces for the evening meat dishes, preparing the meats, & desserts.

This includes a welcome bottle of Prosecco and some amuse-bouche in the afternoon as an aperitivo, a typical little break everybody enjoys. I am happy to work with small groups, including children accompanied by a related adult. If you prefer enjoying your class with adults only but have children with you, just let me know in advance. I collaborate with an agency of young and enthusiastic native English speaking babysitters.
I change our menus to suit the seasons and use local, fresh, and organic ingredients from nearby farms.
